What Is a Life Coach and what do they do?

A life coach should be your supportive partner working alongside you. Providing guidance, accountability, and a safe place to explore ideas, and aspirations. Dedicated to your time together to help reach full potential of yourself and your life, and to achieve meaningful results.

What's the difference between a Life Coach and a Therapist?

Therapists and Counselors help to treat mental health conditions through talk therapy and may recommend medications. Life coaches focus on present challenges and future results, a life coach can't treat depression but can be helpful to help manage it while navigating life.

What can I expect during a life Coach session?

Sessions typically range from 45 to 60 minutes (my sessions are 60 minutes) and involve conversation and note taking from both parties. I use my trained skills and experience to be productive for results which include a mix of thought work, tasks, assignments visioning, goal setting and more.

Is a Life Coach a good Investment?

Many people find life coaching to be a worthy investment in their personal growth and development, as it can lead to significant positive changes in your life. The accountability factor is more powerful than most people realize. If people are willing to invest in themselves by purchasing books and other materials, they will likely find a Life Coach to be their most effective investment.

How long should I have a Life Coach?

The duration can vary based on individual needs, ranging from a few sessions to several months or even years. Regular coaching often leads to increased self-awareness and confidence.
